The former Kardashians business manager's cause of death has been reported as a suspected homicide, according to Variety.

According to local reports, the body of a woman in her 50s was found with a single stab wound in the boot of a car in Simi Valley, just north of Los Angeles.

It appeared the woman's body was transported from Van Nuys, California to Simi Valley during the very early morning hours of Thursday 23 December.

The suspect, a man, allegedly drove to the home of a relative in the Simi Valley, police officers said.

A 49 year old white man has since been arrested by LAPD and the Simi Valley Police Department. The suspect is being held on a $2million (£1.4million) bond.

Sources later confirmed to the publication the identify of the woman was Angela.

A spokesperson for Boulevard Management told OK!: "Angie worked with Boulevard Management for almost 10 years.

"We are saddened and heartbroken by the loss of our colleague, Angie Kukawski. Angie was a kind, wonderful person, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Our deepest condolences go out to all of Angie’s family and friends."

Angela was a mother of five who is said to have been "beloved" in the industry.

She was branded a "hard worker" and a "straight sharp shooter" by one music business associate. Angela also worked with Nicki Minaj, Kanye West and Offset as well as the Kardashian family throughout her career.

She was also known to have worked with late rapper Tupac Shakur's estate, too.

Angela worked for Boulevard Management, which describes itself as a specialising in "financial management services to entertainers, athletes, and high-net worth individuals".

The website states that Angela and her colleagues will "free up your valuable time by taking care of all of your financial needs".

As well as "assist in major purchases, such as real estate and automobiles, ensuring that you get the best price possible".

The site continues: “Our services include bill paying and banking, financial planning, estate and retirement planning, tax preparation and tax planning, among others."
